Exclusive: Sheikh Haibatullah has recently started a plan to build large religious Dar-al-Ulooms (Jihadi seminaries) called Al-Jihadiya in the big cities (Kandahar, Herat, Nangarhar, Paktia, Balkh, Kundoz and Kabul) of Afghanistan in the upcoming months, in which two-Kind indoctrinations is available namely religious based ideological radicalism and military training.
