Exclusive: Ikram Uddin Kamil’s appointment as the Taliban Gen. Consul for Mumbai India has in one hand sparked significant opposition between the Taliban factions from Kandahar and the eastern region, commonly referred to as the Kandhari and Mashriqi (eastern) Taliban or Great-Kandhari’s and Haqqani’s militants.
