Sirajuddin Haqqani to declare Nonalignment with the Taliban Supreme Leader
The Taliban Internal Rift redoubled

Exclusive: Sources from Afghanistan claim that after the Taliban’s Minister for Refugees and a key leader of the Haqqani network, Maulvi Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani, was killed in a suicide attack by ISKP (the Afghanistan branch of ISIS) on December 11, a deep rift has emerged between the Kandahar faction of the Taliban, led by the group's leader Mullah Haibatullah Akhundzada, and the Haqqani network, led by the Taliban's Interior Minister Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani.
Hence, the leader of the Haqqani network, Sirajuddin Haqqani, convened a meeting at his residence in Gardez, the capital of Paktia province. The meeting participated by several key members of the Haqqani Network namely: -
1- the Deputy Minister of Interior Affairs, Maulvi Mohammad Nabi Omari
2- the First Deputy of the General Directorate of Intelligence, Mullah Mohammad Tajmir Jawad
3- the First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Defense, Haji Mali Khan Sadiq
