Exclusive: The Taliban leader Sheikh Al-Hadith Maulvi Haibatullah Akhundzada agreed with China’s MSS representative to establish security commission under the auspices of Chinese intelligence agency to prevent security threats across Afghanistan, especially attacks on Chinese infrastructure.
