Exclusive: According to the reliable sources, in the aftermath of reaching a strategic accord between Communist China and radical Taliban, the leader of the Taliban, Sheikh Haibatullah Akhund issued an official letter to the leader of the Pakistani Taliban, Mufti Noor Wali Mehsud and other harbored miltant groups. Calling to preclude the Afghan Taliban from joining the ranks of the TTP and other pro-CIA militants, as part of the Kabul-Beijing strategic partnership.
