Exclusive: According to the information of sources, the arrest of Dr. Amin-ul-Haq, a leading member of al-Qaeda and a security chief for the group's founder, Sheikh Osama bin Laden, in Pakistan is part of a coordinated plan by Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI. The Pakistani notorious intelligence agencies’ intention is to display to the international community, especially the upcoming U.S. administration that Pakistan is committed and is an all-weather ally of US particularly in terms of the war on terrorism and covert influence operations.
The ISI had provided this high-ranking al-Qaeda member with special sanctuaries and safe houses in various sites of Pakistan, including Peshawar, Kashmir, Abbottabad, Lahore, and Karachi, along with dark-wind-shield armored vehicles and two personal guards, Ashfaq Al-(…) and Hafiz Akbar Al-(…), who were always moving around Dr. Amin-ul-Haq.
