Exclusive: A covert operation is being led by a team code-named "Jabhaa Rubaat," which is directly controlled by ISI. Jabhaa Rubaat began its activities in late May 2024 in the eastern and southeastern provinces of Afghanistan, including Kunar, Nuristan, Paktika, Paktia, Khost, and Nangarhar.
